After the theoretical strength-numerical analysis by using the Final Elements Method in 3D model, each new prototype of the frame is subjected here to the mechanical tests below:
- Dynamical:
- cyclic – 6 tests
- impact – 2 tests
- Statical:
- loading tests at normal temperatures – 6 tests
Each production´s frame:
- One-time static non-destructive loading test for the strength of head tube – the most complex test from the 14 tests above
- One-time cyclic non-destructive test for the strength of BB shell
